Scheduling is Easy!  Simply contact me via phone, email, or the contact page to fill out the form and we will find a time that works best for you.

A free 15 minute consultation is always a good way to connect and to schedule with me.

After our phone consultation, we will schedule the intake and evaluation.  During that session we will review your intake paperwork and I encourage you to ask questions (I will ask you questions as well), we will get to know each other and about the therapy process.  

This session is longer in length be sure we have time to connect and create our plan together for you.

• Fees for professional services are based upon a clinician's level of licensure with the State of Georgia and reflect the dedication to your quality of care. 

• Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts/Cards are accepted.

• Jennifer McClellan Counseling, LLC is not paneled with any insurances. I elect to remain out-of-network in order to protect you and your confidentiality as well as create an environment for you to work through your treatment course that benefits you.

• Please note that I do not file insurance but will provide you with the necessary paperwork (superbill) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your plan allows for mental health services.

• ​I do understand that finances are a significant consideration when seeking therapy. If you find yourself in a situation where reduced fees would be of service, please let me know.  I do have a select number of reduced fee sessions available.

Sessions are 50 minutes.  Longer sessions are available if preferred.

No, but we can discuss options if would like to explore it and I'll help connect you with a psychiatrist or a primary care provider.

Both In Person and Telehealth sessions options are available.

Faith Based and Christian Counseling can be incorporated upon request.
